How do I get started?
Getting started is simple! Just click the link to book your complimentary 30-minute consultation. Before scheduling, you'll complete a brief 5-minute assessment to help your coach prepare, ensuring your time together is as productive as possible.
What happens during the consultation?
During the consultation, we’ll review your Life Mastery Assessment and begin discussing practical tools you can implement immediately. While you will take away a valuable tool from this session, it’s important to understand that achieving long-lasting results requires a longer-term commitment. Both you and your coach will also ask and answer questions to ensure a great fit for a longer partnership. If everything aligns, we'll discuss coaching packages and the associated investment at the end of the session.
How will we meet?
Most sessions are held virtually for your convenience, but in-person options are also available. Just let us know your preference.
Are services covered by insurance?
Typically, life coaching and wellness coaching services aren’t covered by health insurance as they are often considered non-medical. However, we are committed to exploring insurance options first, and we will also consider all other possible funding avenues to ensure you receive the support you deserve.
How often will we meet?
We’ll create a personalized plan based on your goals and needs. While meeting biweekly has proven most effective for lasting change, we’ll tailor the frequency to what works best for you.
How much of my information will be shared between the Health Provider and Coach?
Any sharing of information between your provider and coach will only happen with your permission. Typically, we focus on aligning strategies, goals, and outcomes to provide cohesive support. This team approach is what makes our program so powerful.
