Triple Motor L-Shaped Electric Standing Desk

This has been on my wish list for the past few years, especially because I work from home. My daughter bought it for me for Christmas and I could not have been happier! 

This is an EXCELLENT investment! I put it together in a few hours ALONE (they make it fool-proof!), and it's such great quality! Also, as I create content, it allows me the ability to be versatile with my videos without adjusting the desk tripod. With one push of a button, the whole desk adjusts. 

I took it up a notch and took my monitors off the desktop and created more work space with a dual monitor desk mount, and it's so amazing! Now that I've redone my home office, it's such a great addition!

STABILITY BALL 

Working from home or at a desk can be an easy way to work on your posture and your core with little to no effort. I've had my own specific ball for years. It has been family tested and I definitely approve. 

Though this can be used as an exercise ball, I use it as a part of the rotation of sitting in a chair or standing at my desk. It forces me to keep a good posture and activate my core. 

Sometimes, I purposely rotate my hips for a great core, glute, and quad workout, while getting work done. I've also discovered this has improved my gut health as well, by improving digestion and encouraging more bowel movements.  

Though my specific ball isn't available, my research shows this has identical features and the reviews are in alignment with what I would say. Please note, not all balls are equal, so do your research before choosing a ball to use for the things I'm mentioning above.

FOOT MASSAGER

Working from home or sitting at a desk your legs and feet can become restless. Yes, ideally, getting up and taking a walk is a great free way to avoid this. But a lot of times, realistically, we have deadlines that must be met and things we just have to get done.

My specific foot massager has provided so many amazing benefits these days that I "just can't pull away." My husband bought me this foot massager during the pandemic and, prior to, my daughter, buying me the standing desk.

The various settings allow me to receive different types of foot massages and add the heat (I'm always cold,) when needed. The physical, mental, emotional, benefits of a foot massage are unbelievable!

Misto Oil Sprayer

I was looking for a healthier alternative to spray my cookware with, ESPECIALLY once I realized how unhealthy the other aerosol sprays like PAM were. 

Using this reusable aerosol allows me to put whatever oil I want in it, like grape seed, avocado, and olive oil. The challenge with other cans, is that they don't spray oil as evenly. As long as you follow the directions, you will get an excellent and pretty even spray!

I love this juicer! It's so easy to use and clean, that my 16-year-old enjoys doing all of the juicing for me! I've always loved fresh fruit and vegetables, just disliked the headaches that came with juicing. But no headache here!

While changing my diet from eating meat, I wanted an easy, less expensive alternative to making my own juices. This definitely solved my problem.

My family and I LOOVE herbal tea! ANY time of year! More recently, I've become fond of loose leaf teas, because I love playing with the different blends. Teabloom Glass Teapot

Know this about me. I LOOOOVE creating and having unique experiences. This beautiful addition to my love for tea enhances that experience. It looks extremely fragile, but is a bit sturdier than I imagined. Which is great! This allows me to create my own mixture of loose leaf teas in a stove top safe glass teapot while making enough for my family too (40oz)! 

But the REALLY AMAZING thing about this are the 2 Teabloom Flowering Tea samples that come with it. The flower doesn't bloom or look as clear as the picture depicts, but the unfolding is still a breath-taking experience. The TASTE and the AROMA... magical. In no way do I consider myself a baker, a chef… I may be able to convince you, lol. I love this mixer though! It’s not too big but it’s definitely durable and the 4.5 quarts are perfect for what we use it for.

The ease of use and cleanup makes it easy for our daughter (now 16) to do all the baking! Hand mixers are things for very small jobs. I prefer to use this as the various settings and the sturdiness of the station allow me to prepare other things while the mixing is taking place.

Though I haven’t graduated to all of the other 10+ accessories that are available for purchase (some links below), I will start to grab a few here and there. As I’m exploring this Alkaline lifestyle, I’m learning more about how many horrible things are in the foods we buy, so the extra attachments will come in handy when I do!

Double Rotating Belgian Waffle Maker

I am so impressed with this waffle iron! We use a certain type of batter that doesn't cook all the way through on some irons, but this one was excellent! Crunch on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, how waffles should be!

I was very skeptical at first because the last one we had lasted us about 5/6 years, and it cost us twice as much. I compared the specs and they mirrored each other... but for half of the price!

There is a bit of maneuvering you have to get used to, to open the maker, but it's well worth it. That mechanism is there to ensure your iron doesn't pop open while cooking the waffles. 

It was a requirement to have a double one due to our family size! If you are looking for a waffle maker, look no further!!!
