You will hear or see me refer to my “clients” as Butterfly Queens, because I want them to focus on the metamorphosis process they will soon experience while working with me.

Now that I offer group coaching to more than just women, the term Monarch (still a type of butterfly) Kings is very fitting and will be used for the men that I partner with through their transformational journeys.

…After my sessions with Life Coach Von, I believed and saw evidence of the transformation. My butterfly wings became more pronounced and started to vigorously flutter, more consistently.

Ok, what does this mean?! My self-awareness deepened- I became conscious and aware of the barriers I created for myself and with her guidance, learned tools to reframe and refocus.
